• The return of administrative fees or credit card fees will not be reimbursed.

Cancellation policy for Excursion to Soroa Cuba.

• Cancellation of reservation up until 16 days before arrival date. Full reimbursement of total paid amount, minus an administrative charge equivalent to 3% of this sum; a minimum fee of 15 euros applies.
• Cancellation of the tour between 15 and 4 days before arrival date: 50% reimbursement of total paid amount.
• Cancellation of reservation within 2 days before arrival date and no show. No reimbursement, the penalty is 100%.
• If you prematurely discontinue the tour or do not make use of (some) elements that are included in the travel. For example (transfers, meals, excursions, hotel nights), there will be no reimbursement.
