• Cancellation of reservation up to 16 days before the date of arrival: total refund of the total amount paid, less an administrative charge equivalent to 3% of this amount. A minimum fee of 10 euros applies.
• Cancellation of the reservation between 15 and 4 days before the arrival date: reimbursement of 50% of the total amount paid.
• Cancellation of reservation within 3 days before the execution date and no-show: there is no refund, the penalty is 100%.

Premature departure.

• If you close the tour prematurely and / or do not use (some) items that are included in the travel package or tour (for example, transfers, meals, excursions, hotel nights), there will be no refund.
