Our hostel is located in the center of the city of Santa Clara, Cuba, 400 meters from the Central Park (Leoncio Vidal).
The house has 5 air-conditioned rooms for rent with independent bathrooms, centralized hot and cold water with views of the terraces of the house, located near the main attractions of the city such as: Ernesto Che Guevara Revolution Square where his remains rest , Museum to the Armored Train, Tobacco Factory, Loma del Capíro, 15 km from Abel Santamaría International Airport.
Our hostel has room, saleta, 3 terraces, smoking areas, Wifi areas, we also have 17 years of experience in the activity of leasing for tourists, also the house is suitable for individual tourism as well as to receive groups, we have a system of surveillance by cameras which allow a maximum tranquility and security for the client with an alarm system with motion sensors.
To the north of our city there are a series of beaches of incalculable beauty that correspond to Cayeria Norte as Cayo Santa María, Ensenachos Beach, 50 km away is the town of Remedios which is the eighth village founded in Cuba where the 24th December the important and famous Parrandas tradition of many years in that old town, to the South we have Lake Hanabanilla famous for being the third largest lake in Cuba and the only intramontane lake that exists in the country with beautiful views and beautiful waterfalls where you can make trips by boat or hiking in the mountains.
In other words, if you want to spend unforgettable holidays you can enjoy our accommodation and the various options that our city has.
Our Hostel is 25 minutes from the International Airport (Abel Santamaría) where you can take a taxi directly to the house, if you travel by bus (Vi blue) the house has a collection service of payment (5 cuc) at the station where the client is expected by a person with a sign with his identification, if the client comes by car, he can have as reference the 3rd Police Unit that is located in front of the Hostal on Colon Street which is one of the main streets that ends in the Central Park (Leoncio Vidal).

Cancellation / Prepayment

The following cancellation policy applies once you have paid for your reservation:

If you cancel your reservation before 31 days of your arrival, we will reimburse you for the amount paid. Less an administrative surcharge equivalent to 3% of this amount, with a minimum of 15 euros. If you cancel your reservation between 30 and 15 days prior to your arrival, we will reimburse you 50% of the amount. If you cancel your reservation within 14 days prior to your arrival date, no refund will be made. The penalty will be 100%.

In the event of unexpected departures that have not been previously negotiated with the Casa Particular, the client is penalized. Billing 100% of the amount paid for said service.

Special Note: More than two Adults in a room, is considered a Triple room. Each adult must pay a supplement of 5 CUC / Night. It is understood by clients all costs derived from transactions or bank transfers in the process of returning any amount.

Children and extra beds

All infants and children from 0 year to 12 years of age sharing a room with adults are considered free. No additional cost up to a total of 3 children per room accompanying 2 adults. Cots must be directly requested at the House, at no extra cost. In most Houses, there are no cribs available, and infants must share the bed with parents.
