Data necessary for the reservation with Cubana Aviation.

The Client must send the following information to easyBookingCuba to request the reservation.

• Route to reserve.
• Name and surname of the client.
• Date of flight (both dates in case of return and preferred times).
• Passport number and date of issue, date of birth and nationality.
• In the case of flights to the cays, the hotels of collection and destination must be specified.
• Any other observation that allows us to provide a better service.

General Conditions for Cuba Flights and Hotel Packages.

• Any modification or cancellation must be sent writing to the same email address.
• The travel agency has a deadline of up to 96 hours to respond to the requested reservation.
• Are not allowed modifications to the names of the reservations requested for the airline Cubana de Aviación.
• Once the sales ticket has been issued. Is not possibile changes to dates or flight.
• Under no circumstances may open tickets be requested (open, which means no return date in case of a round trip flight).
• The time limit for issuing the electronic ticket is 15 days prior to the date of the flight.

Penalties and Cancellations for Cuba Flights and Hotel Packages.

• For individuals once issued ticket will be charged a penalty of 30%. The groups apply a fixed rate of 30 cuc for the issuance of the ticket.
• NO SHOW: For this concept, no refund applies.
• In the cases that flights are interrupted or delayed for reasons other than force majeure. The passenger will be protected by the airline with accommodation, food and surface transportation. You will also be provided with an alternative transportation for the rest of the trip.
• If there are delays or cancellations of flights, the passenger will accept the protection provided by the airline.

• Infants from 0 to 11 months and 29 days travel FREE if they do not occupy seats.
• No discount for children.

Baggage Domestic Flights Cuba.

• Baggage allowance free of charge: 20 Kg.
• 5 Kg. Of carry on luggage.
