Hostel Muñoz has three bedrooms to rent. The prices start on 40 CUC. Two of those romos are furnished with all facilities for the client. Inside there are refrigerator, two double beds, air conditioning. The third bedroom is a suite. It has, also previous things, an element who make it different.

hostal munozActual owner of the hostel, Julio Muñoz, tell that one hundred years ago, his grandfather changed the history of Trinidad. “Long time ago, Trinitarian parties were so different to our parties. My grandpa, who was named like me, created a new tradition in this town”, says Julio.
As people know, Trinidad was always a festive place. There are persons who compare it with Ancient Greek. Before Muñoz, celebrations was only dancings and dinners. Thanks his roots from the Orient of the country, Julio gave a turn to the carnaval history. At this moment, the comparsa appear.
Who could saw it, says it was amazing. Hundred of people performing characters. Each one with dancings and different personalities, not like today when everyone are a unity. There are persons alive who were kids in that times and tell this stories to future generations.

In few months, the quality and dishes variety and the excelente service show how many important it are. Muñoz Tapas are, definitely, one of the more recommended restaurants of Trinidad.
The endorsed dishes are croquettes, cheese cubs and Serrano ham toasts. Recommended drinks are the authentic drinks of Cuba (Mojito, Canchánchara, Cuba libre). Too, they have a good sale of Ice cream milkshake and one speciality of the house: Mojito frappé.
This restaurant is in a second floor, in one of centrics streets of the city: Gutiérrez. Is divided in two parts: inside is the dining room with air conditioning and, outside, there is the terrace. Last one is prefered by clients who want enjoy sunsets or a dinner outdoors, tinted by the city yellow lights.
