All infants and children from 0 year to 12 years of age sharing a room with adults are considered free. No additional cost up to a total of 3 children per room accompanying 2 adults. Cots must be directly requested at the House, at no extra cost. In most Houses, there are no cribs available, and infants must share the bed with parents.
Cancellation / Prepayment
The following cancellation policy applies once you have paid for your reservation:
If you cancel your reservation before 31 days of your arrival, we will reimburse you for the amount paid. Less an administrative surcharge equivalent to 3% of this amount, with a minimum of 15 euros. If you cancel your reservation between 30 and 15 days prior to your arrival, we will reimburse you 50% of the amount. If you cancel your reservation within 14 days prior to your arrival date, no refund will be made. The penalty will be 100%.
In the event of unexpected departures that have not been previously negotiated with the Casa Particular, the client is penalized. Billing 100% of the amount paid for said service.
Special Note: More than two Adults in a room, is considered a Triple room. Each adult must pay a supplement of 5 CUC / Night. It is understood by clients all costs derived from transactions or bank transfers in the process of returning any amount.

Culture and history info
Other sites of interest are the Malecón of Baracoa and La Gobernadora view point. The latter is located at 25 km on the Guantanamo-Baracoa Highway.
The Stone Zoo was created by its own sculptor Angel Iñigo in 1977. It consists of a set of animal sculptures, made of stone. Located in Yateras, in San Lorenzo farm, it has more than 400 specimens. It was declared Cultural Heritage.
The best known heights of the region are the Sugar Loaf. The Yunque is also named (because of the resemblance to the piece used by the blacksmiths). Close to Pan de Azúcar mountain it is the only semi-desert on the island. The coastal strip Caimanera-Maisí. It is the area where it rains least in Cuba. Considered an authentic botanical garden, for its exuberant flora of cactus and xerophytes.
Antonio Maceo and a group of patriots disembarked in Duaba Beach on April 1, 1895. It was declared a National Monument. In Playitas de Cajobabo, municipality of Imías, José Martí and Máximo Gómez disembarked on April 11, 1895. They were incorporated into the Necessary War, the last and decisive battle against colonialism. It also received the title of National Monument, as well as La Confianza Mausoleum, 3 ½ km of road to Caimanera.
Traditional festivities of Baracoa.
The Week of the Culture of Baracoa takes place in commemoration of the disembarkation of Maceo in 1895. Between music, dances, food and drinks, its most genuine traditions are manifested. It ends with the pilgrimage on April 1st.
