Conditions and Terms for Booking

• Upon arrival at our house, present original passport and visa, we do not accept copies of documents.
• According to government laws, the rooms can accommodate two adults and family members under 17 years of age.
• Please take your reservations seriously. In Cuba, taxes are paid for each room even when it is empty. Hostal Trinidad Sandra and Victor is a family place, we do not allow sex tourism and prostitution.
• To smoke it is necessary to use adequate spaces (Terrace, Patio, etc).
• To make a reservation, we advise you to first check the prices. If you have questions, send an email from the contact form with your needs. It would be advisable to communicate with what means you plan to reach the destination. The hosts will be attentive to the time and form of arrival. Bus, taxi or others.
• We will respond to the reservation within 48 hours and explain how to send the security deposit. The deposit includes your bank transaction costs. In the case of B & B, it only covers the first night for accommodation. It is not refundable.
• Our clients in the United States cannot send money to Cuba. For them a bank account in Italy is used. Avoid errors in the transfer, do not complete the forms with our Cuban data. Just use the information we provide like bank details.

Cancellation Policy, Hostal Trinidad Sandra and Victor.

• If you cancel your reservation before 31 days after your planned arrival date, we will refund the entire amount paid, less an administrative surcharge equivalent to 3% of this amount, with a minimum of 15 euros.
• Cancellations of your reservation between 30 and 15 days prior to your planned arrival date, we will refund 50% of the amount paid.
• Cancellations of your reservation within 14 days prior to your planned arrival date, no refund will be made: the penalty will be 100%.
• Faced with unforeseen departures that have not been previously negotiated with the Casa Particular, the client is penalized by billing him 100% of the amount paid for said service.

• More than two Adults in a room is considered a Triple room and each additional adult must pay a supplement of 5 USD/ Night.
